About me
A French-American chef.
Born and raised in New York City, I grew up surrounded by food culture - from fine dining temples to hidden hole-in-the-wall gems. The city was a treat to explore, and the restaurant world quickly became my calling.
I’ve always lived between two impulses: grounded in French tradition, yet endlessly curious about global flavors and culinary innovation. In my cuisine, I strive to balance the « comforting » classics while also providing unexpected and playful twists.
Now, as a personal chef, I specialize in intimate dinners and meal prep that balance tradition and creativity. I love cooking and connecting with people through food, and I would be thrilled to do that with you.
I’ve worn many hats since then with over 15 years in the hospitality industry from front-of-house service to event planning, you name it - but it wasn’t until I moved to Paris in 2018 that I decided to step fully into the kitchen.
At Greta Meteor culinary school, I trained in classical French techniques and worked at seasonal, farm-to-table restaurants with ever-changing menus, including the celebrated French-Filipino fusion restaurant Double Dragon.
